Health & Fitness Training with Jon Barnett Fitness Experience

I am Jon Barnett, ex Army Physical Training Instructor and exercise enthusiast.

I provide fitness training which is challenging, fun and above all, I get results.

Interested in getting back to basics, I aim to provide fitness & training which is fun, yet challenging.

I have over 20 years of experience as an Army PTI and have trained in some of the most inhospitable environments in the world, which range from the Arctic Circle to Afghanistan.

I believe my background in the Army has helped me develop my training regime and I have consistently used the ultimate fitness training method - circuit training.

However, branching into the civilian arena has encouraged me to become more versatile and innovative in my exercise routines. After all, the goal of my fitness & training regime is to maximize your fitness and potential.

I have trained a broad range of age groups and fitness levels. While I am organised and determined to ensure you achieve your goals, I work at a pace which suits you, so contact me today to arrange a session.
